Allie Cole

Project Associate

Allie has a Bachelor of the Arts in Marine Science from Boston University and a Master of Environmental Data Science from the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at UCSB. Her background is in environmental science and marine ecology. Allie has done extensive fieldwork aboard ships in the Pacific Ocean, around the greater Boston Metropolitan area, and Santa Barbara County. During her masters Allie worked on a project where she created a web-based application to visualize data from the Moorea Coral Reef Long Term Ecological Research site. This web app is used by researchers going to Moorea to help them gain an understanding of what past years of data looked like. At LegacyWorks she is involved in a variety of initiatives that involve dashboard creation and community collaboration within the Santa Barbara Region.
