Ellen Snow
Ellen serves as a Faith and Food Coordinator for Resourceful Communities, where she enjoys working with rural churches, nonprofits, and faith coalitions to support and grow local food ministries through technical assistance and capacity-building. She previously served the same role at The Conservation Fund. Ellen has a background in chaplaincy, providing spiritual and logistical care for communities and families across NC. She also has experience developing non-profit, faith-based organizations and supporting sustainable community development initiatives.
Ellen holds a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity, with a concentration in Religious Leadership in Food, Health, and Ecological Well-Being. She also earned a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When she’s not working, Ellen enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and spending time with her niece.
