Raymond Segovia Jr.
Project Manager
Raymond Segovia Jr. joined Legacy Works in October 2023, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the construction and restoration industry. As a passionate and dedicated professional, he is committed to making a positive impact in the community. His journey of recovery and resilience has instilled in him a deep sense of responsibility towards the well-being of others.
Raymond's project management expertise is matched by his strong interpersonal skills. He is known for his ability to build trust, deepen relationships, and create an inclusive and collaborative environment. He values open-heartedness, compassion, and high collaboration, and sees the whole person, honoring lived experiences, and actively fostering inclusivity across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
At Legacyworks, Raymond is the Project Manager for the Lompoc Self Healing Community project and Lompoc-Guadalupe Wildfire Resilient Community Garden project in Lompoc.
In his free time, Raymond loves being outdoors, hiking, learning, growing, gardening, practicing martial arts, and listening to music. I find it most rewarding when my family and I step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse ourselves in moments of peaceful stillness.
