The LegacyWorks Group Conservation Finance team provides an array of finance and support services to land trusts, conservation collaboratives, public private partnerships, agencies, funders, impact investors and impact funds. Our engagements and the roles we play are custom fit to the needs of our clients. We vet projects for fit and alignment with our mission, capacity and unique offerings, and when we commit to a project we invest in its success as if it were our own while staying behind the scenes and ensuring our clients and partners get the credit.
Our Conservation Finance and Impact Finance services include supporting the development and implementation of single projects to achieve a client’s goals ranging from and investments, land protection projects, regenerative agriculture projects, restoration projects, nature based climate solutions and more. Each of the key members of our team has more than 20 years of experience (in some cases way more!) implementing hundreds of millions of dollars of conservation projects or billions of dollars of financing across asset classes. We have conceived, launched and run innovative impact investment funds, made more than $300m of revolving loans, and underwritten and served as counsel on billions of dollars of financing. We also support the development of impact investment funds, revolving loan funds, innovative impact finance strategies and fundraising initiatives.
