Allison Parker is a strategist, fundraiser, and attorney who connects mission-aligned partners with catalytic opportunities, helping communities and changemakers secure the resources needed to thrive.

Allison brings over twenty years experience across law, nonprofit leadership, and government funding. She has raised more than $30 million in grants and contracts for rural health, education, and conservation initiatives in both the U.S. and Australia. Her career spans everything from wilderness education and guiding to legal advocacy and strategic planning.

Grounded in a belief that systems-level change starts with relationships, Allison builds trust across sectors and geographies—from guiding pack trips in the Tetons to navigating complex grant processes for First Nations health services.
