Cori Lindsay

Grassroots Community Coordinator

Cori’s professional experience includes developing organizational capacity with rural nonprofits and small businesses, founding a coworking space, developing community housing, and various food system and agricultural projects. Cori has varied experience managing community and economic development offices and projects for rural communities and with nonprofits in North Carolina and North Dakota. She was previously the Economic Development Director for Caswell County, NC. Cori currently works with Resourceful Communities at LegacyWorks Group, where she provides technical assistance and capacity-building support to small rural organizations. She previously served in the same role under The Conservation Fund.

Cori is a native North Dakotan, a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional, and has a BA in Economics from MN State University. She lives in Alamance County, NC, and enjoys gardening and fishing in her free time.
