Operations Director of Resourceful Communities

Donna Pratt serves as Operations Director of Resourceful Communities at LegacyWorks Group, where she previously held the same role at The Conservation Fund for the past 15 years. She continues to manage small regrant administration, delivery, and budget oversight, as well as evaluate program trainings, network outreach, and communication.

Before this, Donna worked as CME (Continuing Medical Education) Administrator for Scienta Healthcare Education, an accredited medical communication company that developed continuing medical education courses for physicians. She also worked for Duke University for 18 years in the Office of CME as a Program Coordinator.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
