Jessica Elliott

Director of Operations and Conservation Planner

Jessica brings a wide array of experience to her role from both the administrative management and environmental fields. She has over 6 years of experience in environmental consulting and is in the process of becoming certified as an NRCS Conservation Planner. She is among the pioneers in the state that are writing some of the first Carbon Farm Plans for local ranches. Jessica is responsible for business administration and financial management for the organization as well as serving as Carl Palmer’s executive assistant.

Jessica has a BS in Environmental Science from Humboldt State University. She became certified as a Marine Mammal Naturalist in Maui while working as first mate on a sailing catamaran. Jessica enjoys time on the water, racing sailboats, hiking and enjoying the beautiful landscape of her chosen home in Santa Barbara, California.
