Sierra Coleman

Culture & Communications Fellow

Sierra serves as the Culture & Communications Fellow on the People & Culture team at LegacyWorks. A recent graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, she earned her degree in Sociology with a minor in Feminist Studies. Sierra cares deeply about belonging and inclusion, social equity, and building strong, connected communities.

Inspired by her academic experience, she is excited to continue growing within the nonprofit sector as part of a team of dedicated change-makers. Sierra brings a love for people, culture, and storytelling to her work and strives to support, uplift, and amplify the impact of the LegacyWorks community.

Sierra currently lives in Oceanside, CA but grew up skiing, hiking, and exploring in Jackson, WY. When she’s not outside, you can likely find her creating highly detailed Spotify playlists, baking gluten-free snacks, or visiting the local animal shelter.
