Alexa began her journey with LegacyWorks as the Communications Specialist. With a B.S. in Communication from Boston University, she developed a foundation in creative messaging shaped by her early interest in marketing and advertising.

Culture & Communications Fellow

Sierra serves as the Culture & Communications Fellow on the People & Culture team at LegacyWorks. A recent graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, she earned her degree in Sociology with a minor in Feminist Studies. Sierra cares deeply about belonging and inclusion, social equity, and building strong, connected communities.
