James (Jake) B. Hodge

General Counsel

James B. Hodge, Esquire (Jake), has practiced law for 30+ years and specializes in complex real estate, business, financial, environmental and conservation transactions. Jake serves as General Counsel for LegacyWorks Group and Beartooth Capital. 

Previously Jake was managing partner of the SF office of the national law firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton, LLP, and was its head of business development and marketing. Jake received his JD with high honors from the Columbia Law School in the City of New York.
